Opus Dei

The Regional Assemblies for Opus Dei in the United States and Canada concluded at the end of September. These assemblies, which are consultative in scope and are held every ten years, gathered insights from members and friends of Opus Dei on how to better contribute to the Church and society.

The nuncio, Archbishop Ivan Jurkovic, highlights some of Saint Josémaria's traits and includes a few words about Father Joseph Escribano a priests of the Work who joyfully carried out his work for souls, following in Saint Josémara's footsteps.

The current Vicar the United States and Canada of the Prelature of Opus Dei is Father Javier del Castillo, who was appointed in 2024.
