Delivery of the Bull "Ut sit" (19 March 1983): This short video shows the handing over of the Bull "Ut sit," by which St. John Paul II erected Opus Dei as a Personal Prelature on 28 November 1982, in the Basilica of St. Eugene in Rome, on March 19, 1983, to Bishop Alvaro del Portillo.
