Opus Dei

This 15th of September will mark 45 years since the election of Blessed Alvaro as Saint Josemaria’s first successor. Monsignor Ocáriz encourages us to see him as an example of fidelity to the spirit of Opus Dei.

Faith helps us to discover the good present in every situation, also when they are painful. As Monsignor Ocáriz reminds us, with words of Saint Paul, "in everything God works for good with those who love him.”

In the face of our own vulnerability, Mgr. Ocariz reminds us that Christ knew his disciples’ weaknesses and their past when he chose them, but also knew that the Holy Spirit is stronger than all of that.
