Taking the path less traveled
Last year, as Strathmore University's Class of 2020 geared up for an unusual graduation ceremony amidst the pandemic, Andrew Angatia took his first steps on an unconventional yet fulfilling path: He joined Our Lady of Angels, the formation house in Meru to follow a calling that will lead up to the profession of solemn vows as a Franciscan friar and to the priesthood, 11 years from now.
She makes burdens lighter
Since 2016 Strathmore University has marked Founder’s Week in the first week of October every year. That coincides with the commemoration with the founding of Opus Dei on October 2, 1928 and the canonization of St. Josemaría on October 6, 2002.

Key to overcoming corruption in Africa, according to youth from Kenya
Students from Strathmore University's Law School were on a recent international trip that took them to various European cities including Rome. It was there at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross that they shared some of their thoughts on how to fight against corruption.

UNIV Kenya Women’s Congress 2019 took place on Saturday 23rd February at Strathmore University, on the topic "The Transformative Power of Work." UNIV is an annual international university congress that takes place in Rome during Holy Week.
