"From the Peaks of Europe to the City on the Tiber" is the title of a recent article about Dora del Hoyo published by Ana Sastre in the journal Studia et Documenta, of the Saint Josemaria Escriva de Balaguer Historical Institute (Rome, Italy).

The paper narrates Dora's infancy and her eventual move to Madrid in 1940, where she worked for several years in domestic service. It then recalls her encounter with Josemaria Escriva de Balaguer and Opus Dei in 1944. Sastre also summarizes Dora's move to Rome in 1946, and the work she carried out in the centers of Opus Dei in the Eternal City, where she died in 2004.
