And he added, "Today, with Christmas only a few days away, I beg God to grant us the miracle of peace, a peace that sometimes seems impossible to attain..."

The Congress Hall of Brussels was the scene of a study conference on the life and message of the founder of Opus Dei held on April 20. Among the speakers were the writer François Gondrand and Bishop André-Mutien Léonard of Namur.
