We spoke to José Luis González Gullón, co-author of “Opus Dei: A History” (now available in Italian), about the institution’s spiritual and juridical development within the context of the contemporary Church.

A review of some milestones on the Opus Dei website in 2025, from the Jubilee Year to the premiere of “One by One,” the death of Pope Francis and the election of Pope Leo XIV, and new steps on the path to the centenary.

On Saturday, 18 members of Opus Dei from 12 countries were ordained as deacons by Bishop Stephen Lee Bun-Sang of Macau. The ceremony took place at the Basilica of Saint Eugene in Rome.

Dr. Bernardo Villegas describes some of the projects and social contributions of the Foundation since its establishment in 1965. On the occasion of its 60th anniversary, he takes the opportunity to thank the individuals and groups who have generously supported the Foundation's activities.
