After nearly two years of planning, a life-sized statue of St. Josemaría sculpted by Diana García Roy now welcomes visitors to St. Joseph's Church in Singapore.

From 22 to 27 August 2026, Msgr. Fernando Ocáriz was in Uruguay, just a few months before the 70th anniversary of the arrival of the first members of Opus Dei in the country. He met with families, young people, and individuals from a range of educational and social initiatives. The chronicle, photographs, and videos capture some moments from those days.

Video of Msgr. Fernando Ocáriz’s visit to Honduras from 10 to 12 August. In San Pedro Sula and Tegucigalpa, whilst meeting with families, young people and the community at the Taular Institute of Technology, he emphasised the great value of everyday life because of the love that goes into it.

For the Philippines and Indonesia

The 81st issue, from June-December 2025, marks the 40th anniversary of “Romana.” The official bulletin of the Prelature of Opus Dei was published for the first time in 1986, reporting on the year 1985.

Most Rev. Fernando José Castro Aguayo, Bishop of Margarita (Venezuela) ordained to the priesthood 18 members of Opus Dei (among them Filipino Joseph Michael Arbilo). The ceremony took place at the Basilica of Saint Eugene in Rome.

Pedro Ballester was born on 22 May. On his birthday, we are sharing a prayer asking God for favours through his intercession, available in over 25 languages.

Millions of people use this website to pray, read and grow in their Christian faith. More than 16,000 of them have shared their experiences to help us improve it.
