Opus Dei

The testimony of some people in Hong Kong who have gotten to know the message of Saint Josemaria and are trying to live their faith in their daily lives.

We offer an extract from the interview given by Monsignor Fernando Ocáriz to the Croatian newspaper "Večernji list." “Criticisms, when they are well-founded, help us to be better,” he says.

Here is the intention from 2 October 2021 to 2 October 2022, which the Prelate is suggesting to the faithful and friends of Opus Dei. Aside from this, the Regional Vicar for the Philippines and Indonesia has specified the particular intention for the region.

Ayra, a Cooperator of Opus Dei in Macau, says that she has learned how to better care for her family and remain joyful and at peace in times of difficulty: "Embracing my crosses with a smile makes a difference in me and those around me wherever I am."

A meditation (guided prayer) on the mysterious reality of every Christian's call to holiness. Only by possessing and being possessed by Christ is holiness possible for us.

Saint Josemaría was a man with many good friends. He always valued friendship as one of the great treasures of life, and he left this message as a legacy to the faithful of the Work. Pablo Pérez, Professor of Contemporary History at the University of Navarra, spoke of St Josemaría's lasting and deep friendship with Francisco Moreno and Enrique Giménez Arnau, two friends he met in his youth in Zaragoza. This is an English adaptation of that account.

We offer here the homilies given by his successors at his funeral Mass, beatification Mass, and canonization.

My situation at work was not easy. On one occasion, I needed a raise; on another, I needed to change location in order to continue with my studies.

For many years, Blessed Alvaro was in charge of carrying out financial matters that Saint Josemaría entrusted to him. For this reason, people from all over the world turn to his intercession in similar situations. We publish some favours narrated in the first person.
