As the new year begins, the Prelate invites us to consider the wonder of our divine filiation, especially as it is described in St. Paul's letters.

Lola Pardo Conde is from Valladolid, Spain. Through her brother, their family met Fr. Josemaria in the 1940s. She became a Supernumerary in 1964.

St Josemaria used to love singing love-songs, to which he gave a new meaning about loving God. Here there are mp3 versions of some of the songs used by St Josemaria for his prayer.

During these days, family members of the faithful of Opus Dei and of priests of the Priestly Society of the Holy Cross can gain an indulgence granted by the Holy Father Benedict XVI.

As a young priest, St. Josemaría was especially fond of a small statue of the Infant Jesus. He would hold the Child in his arms, sing and even dance with it. “I’m glad to see you as a small Child,” he would say, “because it makes me feel you need me” (02’ 12”).
