The chaplain-engineer of the Laguna Care Hospital's death was linked to that of his friend Fermín, who had been widowed some time ago and passed away from coronavirus. Before arriving at Laguna, he was the general chaplain of the National Police. He died on 31 March, surrounded by the sorrow of a legion of healthcare workers and friends who were unable to say their final goodbyes, and who pay tribute to him in this video.

On 6 October, anniversary of the canonization of Saint Josemaria, at 7 pm Rome time ((UTC+2), live images of the casket with the mortal remains of the founder of Opus Dei will be transmitted for one hour. The faithful can access this transmission from this website or from the official channels in Youtube, Instagram and Facebook.

The River and the Source - and Me
The late Dr. Margaret Ogola published what is perhaps her best known novel - The River and the Source - in 1994. I inescapably got to read it after it was added to our English syllabus compulsory literature reading. And read it we did, and sat questions on it in my end of high-school examinations.
