I was baptised in Hong Kong, in 2011, after many years of guidance from my husband. After he had completed this “mission”, he passed away in that same year. Since I had to take care of my little son by myself, together with my busy work life, my health deteriorated, as well as my eyes and my immune system.

The feast day of St. Josemaria was celebrated for the first time in Lusaka (Zambia) with a Mass celebrated by the nuncio, Archbishop Julio Murat, on 30th June 2015. There were other masses in other East African capitals including Dar es Salam (Tanzania) on 27 June and Kampala (Uganda) on 26 June.

Together with the Church and many popes, St. Josemaria always taught that we should use the best of everything we have when it comes to dealing with Jesus present in the Blessed Eucharist. For the feast of the Corpus Christi ("Body and Blood of Christ") this year, Strathmore School did just that: they laid the best they had - including a carpet of flowers.

I've encouraged my friends to ask Dora's help and taught them how to use the prayer card and also where to write the favour once Dora granted it. Two of these friends found their cell phones, another was able to salvage her laptop after spilling tea on it, and another was able to remove a nasty stain from a silk fabric...
