Opus Dei

Complete text of the homily given by Cardinal Seán O'Malley, Archbishop of Boston, for the feast of Saint Josemaría.

Half-way through the Marian year for the family in Opus Dei, Bishop Javier Echevarria recalls some advice of Saint Josemaria for families.

Dora del Hoyo Alonso, whose cause of canonization opened on June 18, 2012, dedicated her life to the work of the home. According to Dora, it was through her own family that she first learned to love caring for the home and to value working hard and well. Her example helped many to value ordinary work as a means of growing closer to God.

In the Mass celebrated in the basilica of Sant’Eugenio in Rome for the feast of Saint Josemaria, the Prelate of Opus Dei spoke about the need to forgive others and to be forgiven by God.
