Close to my mother
My sister and her husband live in a rented flat. Recently, the cost of rent increased significantly, so they started looking for a home of their own. It wasn’t easy because the cost of housing is so high. For a long time, they couldn’t find anything suitable.
I decided to pray a novena to Isidoro Zorzano, asking for his intercession and adding a specific request: for him to help them find a nice house close to my mother’s home. She is elderly and occasionally needs help. I also prayed for it to be near my niece’s school and my sister’s workplace.
As soon as the novena ended, my sister told me they had found a house. It is close to my mother’s home, near the school and workplace, and it even has a lovely garden. It’s in a quiet area, and the price wasn’t too high. This means that, as well as buying the property, they have funds left over to carry out the necessary renovations on their new home.
I’m certain this was a favour obtained through Isidoro’s intercession.

Prayer for Isidoro's intercession
From Cuba to Costa Rica
A few years ago, I built an extension to my house, adding some rooms to rent out. I took out a loan from the bank in order to afford it. Several years passed, and I found myself feeling anxious because two of the three rooms were vacant.
At first, I was hesitant about turning to Isidoro for such a purely material issue, even though he has helped me greatly on other occasions. Nonetheless, I started to pray and asked him to help me rent out the rooms to good people. The day I finished the novena, a young entrepreneurial couple from Cuba arrived. Twenty-two days later, they brought the young man’s mother to stay as well.
Now both rooms are occupied, and I’ve been able to meet my financial commitment to the bank.

Issues with our gas supply
A few weeks ago, due to an issue with the installation, we were on the verge of having the gas supply to our house cut off. Given the conditions in the country, the problems this would have caused are hard to imagine.
The day before the visit from the person who was coming to inspect and make a decision, I prayed to Isidoro for help, for three reasons: he was from Buenos Aires (where I live), an engineer (the problem was technical), and a former administrator of Opus Dei. Thanks to his intercession, there were no further issues, and we were able to keep our gas supply.
