The website, www.josemariaescriva.info, has been redesigned and enlarged. It now becomes the fullest internet site for information about "the saint of the ordinary," as John Paul II called him.

“The Way” has changed their lives

The first copy of “Camino” (“The Way”, in English), came off the press in Valencia, Spain on 29th Sept 1939, then the feast day of St Michael the Archangel. The first copy reached the hands of its author, St Josemaría, on Oct 2 in Madrid. The first English edition was published in Dublin 14 years later, and in Chinese in 1970. It has been translated to more than 45 languages.

“Don’t let your life be sterile.”

This is the opening line from a pocketbook of spiritual considerations written by St Josemaría’s called “The Way”, which has sold more than 5 million copies in more than 45 languages. Oct 2, 2009, marks the 70th year of it publication.
