Mons. Javier Echevarría, Prelado del Opus Dei y Gran Canciller de la Pontificia Universidad de la Santa Cruz ha concedido el doctorado “Honoris Causa” al Cardenal Camillo Ruini y al profesor Alfonso Nieto. La máxima distinción universitaria se les ha concedido por sus méritos en el mundo de la comunicación.

Del 5 al 9 de febrero, mons. Javier Echevarría ha realizado un viaje pastoral de tres días a las islas Canarias en el que ha mantenido numerosos encuentros con familias, fieles de la Prelatura y cooperadores.

A 7 minute video about the life of Saint Josemaría Escrivá, who spread the call to sanctity in daily life and was called the "saint of the ordinary" by John Paul II. "We have to be contemplative souls in the middle of the world, who strive to turn our work into prayer," he often said.

“When you leave,” St. Josemaría was once asked,” what do you want to leave in our hearts.” He quickly replied: “That you be brothers and sisters to all creatures: sowers of peace and joy” (1:10).
