What is a synod?
From Wednesday the 3rd of October until Sunday 28th, 260 bishops and 36 youth are meeting in Rome to discuss and advise the Pope on how the Church can better minister to the youth, particularly in matters of faith and vocational discernment. Here's a short explanatory video on what a synod is.
