Opus Dei Information Office is launching an initiative to promote the sacrament of Forgiveness.

What do you want for your friends when you say, “Happy New Year!” Maybe you’re just happy to be alive. You’re ready for whatever the new year brings. Maybe the last few months were difficult because both you and your friend had a rough time, and you’re hoping things will work out better.

Héctor, a 23-year-old supernumerary, is a dairy producer and cattle farmer. He talks about his work and how he strives for excellence in order to glorify God.

Pope Francis dedicated his 8 January general audience to children, speaking about the scourge of child labour.

“I brought a seedling to Africa, little suspecting where it would fall and into what it would grow.” The seedling is now a magnificent reality seen in the many social projects that have been pioneered by Kianda Foundation, a not for profit organization, of which she was among the founding trustees.

Henri d’Anselme, famously known as "the man with the backpack" was in Brussels last April, and naturally he took the opportunity to visit the cathedral.
