Praying with Saint Joseph
The Founder of Opus Dei saw in St. Joseph the strong and affectionate father that Christ wanted on earth. He asked St. Joseph to teach him how to stay close to Mary and to Jesus: “How he would have embraced the Child, and kissed him!.”
St. Josemaría: The Mass—because Christ is alive
St. Josemaría is asked how to take greater advantage of the Mass. The saint reminds us that it is Christ who is acting: “Because Christ hasn’t died, Christ is alive.”
Footprints in the Snow

Carols with a Story
Christmas 1947 was approaching. In a students’ hall of residence in Madrid, Spain, St Josemaria suggested to some young men in Opus Dei to compose or choose some popular carols they could sing in family get-togethers.
