Financial help and a son back home

It was around mid-July 2014 when I was at the lowest ebb of my life.

First I urgently needed finances to host a family gathering and renovate the house and secondly, my son had deserted his family and went underground for over an year and his family was now under my care. Things were so heavy on me as my earnings were too low for our needs. A workmate then gave me Bishop Alvaro's card and a magazine and I saw how Alvaro had helped people so I decided to ask him to help me. It was amazing that after two weeks of the novena to Bishop Alvaro, there was a financial breakthrough at last. After a month or so my lost son came back home unannounced. I thanked God and remembered Bishop Alvaro for all these. Thank you Lord.

The contributions for a beatification and canonization cause help to cover the costs involved in making the Servant of God, Blessed or Saint more widely known, the diocesan investigation, the Roman phase and, finally, the ceremony of beatification and canonization, in accordance with the norms approved by Pope Francis on 7 March 2016. When the ceremony of canonization has taken place, the donations are destined to the spreading of the message of the new saint.
