We spoke to José Luis González Gullón, co-author of “Opus Dei: A History” (now available in Italian), about the institution’s spiritual and juridical development within the context of the contemporary Church.

From 27 November to 2 December, Pope Leo XIV will make his first apostolic journey to Turkey and Lebanon. Among the main events, he will undertake a pilgrimage to İznik (Turkey) on the occasion of the 1700th anniversary of the First Council of Nicaea.

On Saturday, 18 members of Opus Dei from 12 countries were ordained as deacons by Bishop Stephen Lee Bun-Sang of Macau. The ceremony took place at the Basilica of Saint Eugene in Rome.

This is the mission the Lord entrusts to us: to help others come into contact with Someone who is alive; to let our daily lives show that Christ is real and that He can truly dwell in our history, our relationships, and even our weaknesses.
